The email address you sign in with (for anything about questions, credits or refunds).

Your browser or device, and what you did, what you expected and what happened.

If a chart looks wrong, the birth date, time and place — only if you are happy to share them.

Common questions

Are my birth details uploaded anywhere?

No. Charts are calculated on your device, and our server refuses any request that contains a birth date, time or place. For AI questions, the payload checklist shows exactly what is sent.

My sign-in code has not arrived.

Codes come from feedback@imagination-innovations.com and expire after 15 minutes. Check spam and promotions folders, wait a minute, then request a new one. You can also try a guest pass, which needs no email.

How do free questions work?

A verified account starts with free answers on the Standard model, gains one each month, and can earn more by completing tasks or referring a friend. The Earn panel shows your balance.

What do paid upgrades add?

Question packs and the monthly plan unlock the Premium model, which gives deeper answers, and remove the free limits. You are never charged for an answer that fails.

Why does my chart differ from another app or astrologer?

Check the birth time, place and time zone first. Then the settings: ayanāṁśa and house system differ between schools.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Data on your device: clear the site’s data in your browser. Your account and questions on our server: email us from your sign-in address and we delete them within 30 days.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep charts and readings free. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com or through the consent choices shown in your region.

How do I get a refund?

See the Refund Policy. Website purchases: email us with your receipt. App purchases: Google Play refunds within 48 hours.

Is an AI answer a prediction?

No. It is an automated interpretation of your chart for reflection, and it can be wrong. See the Disclaimer.
