Important: Panchang & Vedic Astrology is offered for cultural interest, planning and reflection. Please read this before relying on anything it shows.

1. No Professional Advice

Nothing in the App — dates, timings, auspicious or inauspicious windows, charts, dasha periods, transits, compatibility, layout scores, Feng Shui readings or interpretive text — is medical, health, pregnancy, fertility, financial, legal, psychological, relationship, career, engineering or building advice. Consult a qualified professional for any decision about your health, money, legal position, safety or home.

2. What Is Calculated and What Is Tradition

The astronomy is computed from a published ephemeris and tested against known ephemerides and almanacs. What a placement, period or window is said to mean is a traditional belief system, not an empirically validated science, and nothing here presents it as one. The App makes no prediction and forecasts no event.

3. Almanacs Differ

Festival dates follow the kala rules of the nirnaya texts (Nirnaya Sindhu, Dharma Sindhu, Hari Bhakti Vilasa). Regional almanacs, amanta and purnimanta reckoning, and the treatment of added or lost tithis legitimately differ, so a date may not match the one your family or temple uses. Follow the authority your community relies on.

4. Accuracy Depends on Your Input

Charts depend on the exact birth date, time and place. A rounded, misremembered or wrong-time-zone birth time gives a plausible-looking but wrong chart. If you mark the birth time as unknown, the App greys out the sections that need it; treat the rest with care.

5. Timings and Reminders

Muhurtam, Rahu Kalam and other windows are computed for the place and time zone you selected; if those are wrong, every timing shifts. Reminders depend on your phone and may be late or not arrive — do not rely on a notification alone.

6. Remedies and Observances

Observances or remedies the App mentions — fasts, mantras, donations, gemstones, Vaastu or Feng Shui corrections — are described as part of the tradition, not prescribed to you. We do not guarantee any result, sell or recommend any product or practitioner, or receive commission from anyone who does. See a doctor before any fast or dietary change.

7. Baby Page

Baby Gender Chart, in the Android app outside India only, reproduces the traditional Chinese lunar table and a classical Vedic rule. They are entertainment: about as accurate as a coin toss, not a medical test, and never a basis for any decision about a pregnancy. Only a medical test can indicate a baby’s sex. Pre-natal sex determination and sex selection are unlawful in several countries, including India under the PC-PNDT Act; the website and the version of the App distributed in India contain no sex prediction.

The due date is an estimate by Naegele’s rule — few babies arrive on it, and a dating scan supersedes it. The name syllable follows one traditional table; regional lists differ. Neither is medical advice; ask your doctor or midwife about your pregnancy.

8. Children (Santana) Reading

The Children section of Vedic Astrology describes traditional chart factors only. It says nothing about fertility or health and must not delay or replace medical advice.

9. Vaastu and Feng Shui

Vaastu Home Layout and its Feng Shui view compare the plan you enter with traditional diagrams. They perform no structural, safety, ventilation, daylight, accessibility, zoning or building-code analysis. Engage a licensed architect or engineer before you build, buy, alter or demolish anything.

The compass reading depends on your phone’s sensor and can be thrown off by steel, magnets and electronics nearby; check against a known direction. A scanned plan is read by text recognition and can be misread — check the rooms it places.

10. Advertising

Ads are chosen by Google, not by us. An ad for an astrologer, gemstone, remedy or app is not an endorsement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagination Innovations LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, licensors and agents are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on anything the App displays, from a difference between the App and another almanac or practitioner, or from any third-party service or advertisement reached through it. Section 11 of the Terms applies to this Disclaimer.

12. Acknowledgment

By using the App you acknowledge that the astronomy is calculated but its interpretation is traditional belief, that you remain responsible for your own decisions, and that you will consult a qualified professional on matters of health, pregnancy, money, law, safety or building.
