Common questions

Is anything I enter uploaded?

No. There is no account and no server behind the App. Charts, places, plans and baby-page entries stay on your device.

Why are some tools greyed out on the website?

The website is a lighter, free edition. Tools marked ★ — the yearly calendar, reminders, dasha periods, insights, the children reading, Bhrigu, Feng Shui, compass placement and plan scan — are in the free Android app.

Can I ask an astrologer a question?

Not in this App. Paid questions are offered in our separate app, Innovations Astrology Studio (IAS) — tap its card in the App to find it.

Can I remove the ads?

No. The App is free and supported by ads; there is no paid version.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

☰ → Ad privacy choices (shown where Google asks for consent). Everywhere, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

Why is a festival on a different day from my calendar?

Almanacs follow different conventions; the App follows the kala rules of the nirnaya texts. Check the place and time zone first.

My reminders do not arrive.

Allow notifications for the App, and exclude it from battery optimisation in your phone settings.

Why is there no gender chart on the website or in the India version?

Pre-natal sex determination is unlawful in India. The website (which anyone can reach) and the version distributed in India offer baby naming and the due date only.

How do I delete my data?

Clear the App’s storage in your phone settings or uninstall it; on the web, clear the site data. We hold no copy. To delete email you sent us, write and ask.
